I had several copies of this Criminal Minds cap printed prior to my trip so I could ask Kirsten Vangsness and Shemar Moore to sign them. Even though this scene was cut and never made it past the promo stage I like the cap. Not because I want to see Morgan and Garcia date but because I think it shows the close friendship these two characters have with each other. Their onscreen phone calls are some of the best moments on the show. :)

Yeah, I wondered about that when The Big Game/Revelations aired; I was sure I remembered it from the promo. Good to know I'm not hallucinating :D

I wish that had made the actual episode, hopefully they include way more cut scenes and the like in the season 2 DVDs.

Given what the storyline was when the hug occured I wonder if they cut the scene because they thought viewers would read too much into (start thinking they were dating)? I think their friendship is very special but just that.

I love how much the characters care about each other in this show. The members of the BAU unit are so intuned with each other. Great show. Glad I found it.
I think it would be great instead of taking deleted scenes and using a few of them on the season dvds if rather they did a whole dvd of just them. Wouldn't it be great to really see what they decided to not show us? Just a thought.

They had to scoury around refilming and splicing together because of the Super Bowl. I would bet that many great scenes are out there that we never got to see. Yes, I would love to see the deleted scenes. It would be interesting to see another step in the production process.

I love when she answers the phone assuming it is Morgan and she is so Garciaish and it turns out to be one of the other team members. She always confuses Gideon. I love it.

Yes the why they are cut would be very interesting. Maybe they cut this scene because they did not want viewers to think it was more than it was which was a coworker comforting another coworker.

I started watching the show because of Thomas Gibson but Morgan and Garcia quickly became my two favorite characters. Thank you kiddo for posting this and for sending me a copy. I appreciate your kindness and prayers during this latest bout of chemo. It really did cheer me up and I appreciate your kindness so much.
