Criminal Minds: Lets remind CBS of why A.J. Cook is so important to the success of Criminal Minds. Comment about your favorite JJ scene/line and every night I will email your comments to Nina Tassler at CBS.
It's hard to say what my favourite JJ moment is... it seems every time she is on screen she is simply wonderful - AJ plays her so well. A few of my favourites, and by no means a comprehensive list:
"What Fresh Hell" - one of the first instances of her perfect control over the media, when one reporter begs for information for old times' sake - and she shoots him down in beautiful fashion.
"Riding the Lightning" - when she takes on Jacob Dawes with Hotch. "You're not my friend. You can call me Jennifer." Enough said.
"The Bogeyman" - when she tells Reid and Morgan about the summer she was a camp counsellor, and discovered a body... and totally has them going right up until the end!
"Normal" - when she brings baby Henry to the BAU for the first time, because she wants to have some happy memories of the room. Her obvious importance to the team, and us, is wonderful - did TPTB even notice how unhappy we were as fans while Jordan was taking on JJ's work? Replacing AJ/JJ didn't work before - what makes you think it'll work now? When Jordan disappeared and JJ appeared in the conference room, it was as though everything was perfect again; our whole team was back together! And watching them as a real family, with JJ and baby Henry at its center, was beautiful. Never mind my adoration of the point at which JJ looks at Hotch and gently says, "you're smiling". :)
"Bloodlines" - though JJ does not appear in this part, it sums her position on the team perfectly: Jordan tells Hotch that she understands now how hard this job is, that the team is like a family, and a family mirrors its leaders - she warns him not to take JJ for granted, to which he replies, "I don't." Hotch doesn't take her for granted, and neither do we - why do TPTB?
"Risky Business" - not only the scene where she convinces Hotch to take the case, but also when she tells him, mid-episode, that she is not invested in the case coming out in any particular way, and most poignantly, the end, when she once again offers her support to Hotch - in a more clear, more touching way than she normally does. Because she is always there to support Hotch - just most people don't see it, because JJ's support is constant and non-visible, if you're not paying attention. It's in the constant work she does, picking the cases and making sure Hotch, the team, and the victims aren't vulnerable to the media, being a touchstone for each team member, making the connection to the local cops so that the case doesn't get bogged down in inter-agency rivalry.
"Public Enemy" - for the first time in a long time in this episode, we see JJ doing what she's always does, and this time it's not behind the scenes! She handles the media with poise and a cool attitude. Frankly, her handling of them is beautiful, and we don't see it nearly often enough. The media can make or break cases, and make or break unsubs - and JJ is the member of the team with the direct line.
When AJ/JJ left for maternity leave, the replacement was horrid. She let the cases get the cases get to her all the time, JJ didn't, she had basically seen it all. She was a true professional, and my favorite scene was when she recoiled at the sight of Chinese food, but when the pictures of the dead bodies were up on the board, she didn't flinch. This shows how strong she is, unlike her replacement for those few episodes.
JJ is my favorite character in CM, so I have a lot of faves, but here are some:
In season 3 episode 2, they were in a plane, and JJ said "you know, from this angle, she almost look human" to Strauss - CLASSIC!
I also love the whole episode of Risky Business. Especially the plane scene. Hotch came to JJ to comfort her, but she comforted him instead. I love their friendship. Her story was so sad and she's struggling, but in true JJ form, she cared more about the others than herself.
There are a lot more scenes, and I go on and on. I just love her. :)
One of my favorite JJ lines comes from Birthright in season 3. "If you stop caring, you're jaded. If you care too much, it'll ruin you." That line illustrates what's special about the show. That it's not mindless action. It's not even merely intellectual profiling. It's about people who do the job because they care about the ones they're trying to protect. And, about the difficult balance in caring enough but not too much that it effects your ability to be professional and help people.
However, I do quite like episode 7 of Season 5 - when they go to LA. Both moments on the jet, when JJ is teasing Reid about Lila, and then when everyone is looking after JJ on the jet on the way back. I liked the bit after she got hit with the shovel and the agent is looking for her and she whacks him with a shovel. JJ showed her stuff in that episode too.
They really can't get rid of her. Criminal Minds needs AJ and Paget.
"My friends call me JJ" "Hello JJ" "You're not my friend. You can call me Jennifer" (Riding the Lightning 1x14)
to
(After she killed the evil guy that shot Garcia): "That's what we do for family." (Penelope 3x09)
then JJ has a baby and that has to be one of the best moments ever
without JJ the team won't be the same!!! she brings something that the others don't have. She's a mother and a friend and she someone that doesn't do the profiling job but she helps when they need it. she helps give the show meaning. I will be very upset if she has to go. And after seeing Hotch's family go apart it's nice to see JJ is starting up a family.
It's difficult to choose just one moment, as she's had so many good ones. I really like the moments when you see JJ's humour. We're used to the unflappable press liaison, so I love moments like in "In Name and Blood" when Strauss calls Garcia and Garcia answers thinking that its Morgan. We see JJ trying (not very hard) to surpress her laugh. It's such a lovely layered moment that helps show more of JJ's personality and is well-acted by AJ Cook (as always). JJ is a really interesting character, how she sees what she sees every day (after all she picks the cases) and yet remains compassionate and such a people person, plus she balances all that with a fiance and a baby. The woman is brilliant!
Loved North Mammon when she convinced the team to take the case even though they thought there wasn't one. Same goes for A Higher Power...she went with her gut and ended up being right. That is a job that JJ does great and AJ plays her perfectly...find someone else to try and fill that role and they will never hold a candle to AJ Cook!
Her total wanna be "Friday the 13th" story she told Morgn and Reid about being afraid of the dark in Boogeyman! Great moment...she totally had them going!
We saw just how important AJ/JJ is to the show and team when she was on maternity leave...nothing felt right the entire time she gone and shame on the writers for actually giving her replacement a storyline (52 Pickup) which AJ would have nailed!
JJ is the HEART of the team, do you guys at CBS even watch the show?? She has goes home at night believing she made the right choice on a case. She's just not another pretty face, she is smart, intelligent, and compassionate. Don't make a mistake!!
In North Mammon, when the parents of the girls start bickering, she takes them in hand and calls them on their behavior, telling them that is what the unsub wanted them to do, to start attacking one another and then, she figures it out and "solves the case"
This is probably the first episode where we find out that JJ isn't just a media liaison and a pretty face.
Big mistake CBS! AJ is a talented, classy, heartfelt person....get ready to see the ratings on your show take a nose dive! We, the fans are the ones who keep you in business...you are smart to remember that! Want to save some money, drop the spin off and cut Charlie Sheen's pay check in half...so he only makes $1 mil an ep...he won't cry poverty!
JJ is the heart of the team, literally. She is the one the families can turn to... She speaks for the victims while the profilers catch the maniacs. Mosley Lane, Public Enemy, North Mammon are just some of the eps that best exemplify that characteristic.
Don't change Criminal Minds...to do so would be a huge mistake! When you start messing with the dynamics of a successful veteran show you start messing with fire...didn't you all learn anything from the situation with CSI Miami and Adam Rodriguez? Look what happened to the ratings of that show! Please, please don't do that to Criminal Minds!!!
I love it when she convinces hotch to have the team work on a case that doensn't seem that they should be working on and in the end .. it was worth while ... like in the suicide one idk what the ep is called ..
I do have a few ..k. i was hoping for more ... i thought they would have a brain and give her and prentiss more screen time ... What i really wan't to see is JJ kick some ass ... i really think that shee's underestimated in the team!
In the episode "Riding the Lightning" I loved when JJ walked into the interview with the criminal. She really stood her ground and showed how tough she was!!
In "Public Enemy" JJ's scenes with the wife and child of one of the Unsub's victims is beautiful! It shows JJ's compassion and maternal instincts, and when she has to leave the family she is all business! JJ is the perfect combination of caring, compassionate, strong, tough, determined, and totally badass!!
I loved JJ in The Performer. JJ being in harms way was tense and exciting. I also loved the way JJ was trying to assure her team that she was okay. Just a bump on the head...let's move on. AJ Cook did a great job and we need to see her in more scenes like that.
The only change that needs to be made in this show is to give these ladies more action scenes on the show … I love morgan but I’m sick of him being the only one we see fighting … even seing reid slap someone would be nice !!
I love the ep where reid gets kidnapped and shes all shaken up because of what happened to her and then she thinks its her fault that reid got kidnapped . ..
That scene in the 100th episode with Henry and Will was simply adorable. And it was even more exciting since we knew Henry was played by Aj's own son. Such a cute little boy and such a cute family scene.
My favorite JJ episode was this season's Risky Business. First her scene in the office with Hotch as she tried to convince Hotch there was a case for the team to investigate. You could tell it was personal for JJ but you just didn't know why. Then at the end of the episode when you find out JJ suffered a huge loss in her life. She made me want to cry. Yet JJ didn't make this about herself, she used her past to let Hotch know that his pain would eventually get better.
AJ Cook was wonderful in this episode. We need to have her back.
I think my favorite JJ scene was also perhaps one of the most shocking...when the judge is shot in Reckoner. At first you are worried that JJ was shot. The blood spatter everywhere...was she hurt? Thankfully she wasn't but she was in shock. Eventually she recovered but it seemed to really hit home. She seemed so sad on the jet on their way home you just wanted to hug her and make her feel like it everything was going to be okay.
In 100 when she is in the pharmacy with Henry and Will. What a delightful scene. That Henry was played by AJ Cook's son Mekhai made that scene all the more wonderful.
Mother and son need to both be brought back to Criminal Minds.
The only thing that CBS is trying to do is kill the show. So that they can keep paying Charlie sheen to much money … and they think every one is going to watch the new one because forest whitaker is going to be in it !! ..
so oin season 5 we found out that JJs' sister commited suicide ... eventhought thats sad i did get a little happy because i always love it when we get to know a little about the charachters personal lives ... so i thought that we were going to findout more about JJs' ... but know there just getting rid of her??.. what was the point on us knowing that then ?
i love the ep where she tells rossi that he's the reason she choose to do what she does ... because she heard him talk when she was in college and still confused about what to do with her life.
I don’t know the name of the episode but I like the one where they have that guy that has all his information on the disappearances of homeless people in little tiny notebooks … and even though the team thought that they didn’t have a case she convinced hotch to go down there .. And then she discovered that the police didn’t ask them for help but then she discovered that it ‘wen’t over state lines so they could take the case if they wanted to. If it wasn’t for her they wouldn’t have worked on the case!!

I love empathetic JJ. Questioning the wife in Reckenor. Going with the sheriff to notify the dead man's father in Open Season. Her relationship with Carrie in Children of the Dark.
Can't see any of the guys replacing JJ in these scenes.
Hotch whats all that ? JJ- new casses i gota figure out where we're going to next. Hotch- het we're the profilers i thought we made those decisins JJ- sure your did!!
with a show like this I think its hard to pick a "FAVORITE" .. Because everything in it is bad ... ... but most of the possitive parts of every episode are parts with JJ in them
What deppartment are you in ... thats classified .... ooojjj must be really tough keeping all those secrets .. hahaah .. love that ep w/ all the girls ..
JJ wait a minute stay behind me when we get inside don't whatever you do turn your bach on that door ... I CAN HANDLE MYSELF yeah she can ... and i think she should prove it in season six .. DON'T TAKE HER AWAY!!
JJ i like my Role, I like being the person in the FAMILY can turn to. Being the voice that the poor over worked homicide detective can call when he runs out of leads. I love her role.... and I know it wont be the same w/ out her .. it will be worse .. the familly will have a void
"You do whatever it takes, to protect your family."
She's had so many funny, heartbreaking and badass scenes, I really can't name just one. She's shown constantly throughout the show how lovely she can be one second, and then turn right around and be cold on you the next. She's cunning, manipulative to the unsubs/badguys/etc, and sweet and nurturing to the victims/families of victims/etc.
I doubt that I'll be watching this show next season not just because of what their doing with these characters, but because they obviously dont care about their Viewers..
I don't want her to leave not because shes my favorite character, shes not but because I think that her role is important to she show ... not her job but her role and the way she is ...
i thnk CBS should just frikin cave WTF .. i'm sick of all of this crap so many people telling them and showing them how mad they are about this stupid decision .. and they still dont frikin cave ... have they even said anything els since they announced this crappu news?... THIS IS bull ..
SHE'S THE ONE THAT ALWAYS KNOWS WHATS GOING ON IN AND OUTSIDE THE BAU .. REMEMBER WHEN PRENTISS AND REID WERE HELD CAPTIVE??... YEAH SHES THE ONE THAT INFORMED THE TEAM JUST IN TIME!!
i love to see all the effort that people are putting into this ... but if you think about it .. it wasnt the writers or creators of criminal minds that made this decision it was CBS ..... and all CBS cares about is kissing charlie sheens ass!! .. for all i know it could've been him that wanted her off of the show because she wouldn't let him borrow her car.
i love crime dramas .. and this is one of my fav. .... but Cbs DOES NOT care about crime dramas ... they already got rid of how many of them ... and i'm sorry but i bet this show won't make it to seven seasons unfortionatly ... unless another network picks it up
Too many to count. Of course, shooting Battle in 'Penelope.' Last scene in 'Normal.' Still taking down Gina and the agent even after having her bell rung in 'The Performer.' Leading raid with Emily right behind her in 'Cradle to Grave.' Could go on and on. Hope to be adding from season six and seven. Please.
JJ has a very soft side to her. she's very maternal. I love how she can talk to team and bring that side into the conversations. It shows she's balancing her work life with her normal life. I have to say though, my ultimate favorite scene with JJ is when she shoots battle. She did her job, but did it for family. AJ brings so many things to the character of JJ. Why mess with the synergy of this cast? The show's a success, the fans are obviously upset about the changes... if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
This is so wrong and I don’t understand how their going to do this .. What ere they going to kill her off? And then Prentiss will become her sons babysitter?… or is Prentiss going to be taking a dump a lot .. Since shes going to be in the team but shes not going to be in bearly any episodes??.. WTF ?>>
wow so in the show .. this chik basically made her man quit his job as a cop in his hometown so that he could be with him and raise their child together ... and now whats going to hapen?..
I loove criminal minds .. but i like NCIS more ... mostly kuz of ziva .. but all the girls that have been on NCIS could kick ass .... that a big reason to why i like the show .. i love to see ziva kicking guys ass .. lol .. and i think that JJ secretly can .. but shes soo underestimated and underapreciated ... i wanted to see an ep where she just shocks every one .. this is dissapointing..
what makes this situation worse is that now the writers have to figure out how to write off JJ and not have prentiss around but still have her be part of the team .. that stinks .. and i hope that CBS comes to their sences and changes their mind .. i thnk that if their girls had more action .. they would get so many more viewers
this has been going on for about a week now ... and even with all of these comments to save JJ and prentiss they still dont care... .... now what does that tell you about this network?
I've been looking at this and the one for prentiss and noticed that prentiss always has more comment then JJ, eventhough JJs' been on the show longer .. but then i realized that their jobs are so diff. and prentiss gets more "street time" ?? .. and more conversations with unsubs then JJ .. and i think thats mostly why ...
I noticed that some of these comments are talking about charlie sheen and how he gets payed 2Mill an ep.imagine how much less problems they'd have if they wern't so stupid?
EVERY show with JJ stands out to me. Her softness, kindness and warmth almost seem to coat the entire cast. In particular, my favourite moment is when she asks Reid to be Henry's Godfather....such a genuine, enveloping moment which PROVES that the team are simply not co-workers but a FAMILY UNIT... this family MUST NOT be torn apart!!!!!!!!
i'm just wondering now ... everyone has had an episode about them personally .. even if its just a little personalHotch and his fam... rossi and that case .. actually he's had more then one ... reid and his childhood ... prentiss and her teenaged years friend morgan and him being a suspect ... garcia getting shot howcome no JJ ?? ... why has she been in the series for 5 seasons and no episode for her ??.. no wonder they picked her to fire .. they think that the fans won't care shes so forggoten on the show and then they just kick her off .. I cant stand it .. i hate it
I love the scene in which she makes up this great, summer camp horror movie cliche story about why she's afraid of the woods to Morgan and Reid, and for a moment they're all, "Really?!" And, she's like, "LOL. No."
Oh my, so many special moments. JJ brings a quiet balance to the BAU team. AJ portrays her with the perfect combination of gentle reason and steel magnolia. She is by no means a wimp but the character brings a needed and appreciated humanity to the BAU team. I enjoy any moment that allows JJ to interact with the other female team members. Their camaraderie is very believable and hints that their association goes beyond the BAU. Sort of a club within a club. I cringe at the thought of the BAU team losing JJ as a member.
Hey folks! This comment site is meant to mirror our love for the character of JJ! We are supposed to write down our favorite moments of JJ and why we love her! These comments are read by CBS and they will have no influence on any decision if we are not going to stick on topic here! It doesn't matter who has more or less comments! It's the qualitity and intensity of our comments that counts!
So please, write about your favorite moment of JJ and stop the pointless ranting!
I loved the relationship she had with the mother and daughter of the slain veteran in Public Enemy. JJ was great having tea with the little girl but also in the compassionate way she handled the grieving widow.
I love when JJ, Prentiss and Garcia are out at the bar and the guy that's talking to them pretends he's from the FBI and then they all take out their badges. I love when they're all on the FBI jet and she tells Morgan and Reid to "behave or I'll ground you both" and I love the story she makes up about being afraid of the woods.
God it was great when JJ hit that guy over the head in episode about the rock star. She was knocked out and then came back even stronger. No damsel in distress there!
My favorite JJ moment is from Amplification. The whole episode was great and AJ was great in it. You could see how much she struggled with the decision to call home or not, and how torn she was between the job and her family. It was really emotional and heartbreaking.
Definitely in the ep where we find out about JJ's sister. The conversation with Hotch at the end is my favorite moment in the entire run of Criminal Minds.
My number one moment is definitely the comversation she had with Hotch on the plane at the end of 5x13 (a.k.a. Risky Business). I felt bad for both of them in that scene.
I just wanted to say that replacing JJ with Jordan sucked in season 4. I don't want to go through that again. If she's out, I'm voting with my remote...for FOX, ABC or the Weather Channel or the freakin Golf Channel. Anyone but CBS.
More on topic, I'm a JJ fan. I love her character and I love all her scenes. You don't have enough space for me to list them all. Stop being stupid CBS and keep her on the show!
JJ is awesome! She's the one who grounds the team, she's the space between big-shot FBI and small-town cop. Losing JJ would be horrible. AJ Cook must be kept! And Paget too!
I loved when JJ went into labor!! It showed that JJ is willing to put the team's needs before her own and it also showed how much of a family the team really is!! They all care about each other and they all have each others backs. We do not want JJ to leave her family!!
One moment that I really enjoyed was in "The Big Game." At the beginning of the episode the team is at a bar and JJ is playing darts. I loved it because it showed the fun and care free side of JJ. It also showed her sense of humor and showed a playful side to her and Reid's friendship!!
JJ is the emotional center of the show!! Countless timies we see her empathizing wiht the victims and really advocating for them! Any scene where JJ is interacting with a victim or the family of a victim (which is pretty much in every episode) is a beloved moment for me! Please keep JJ! We need that compassionate yet strong character who will take the time and be there for the family, and AJ portrays that role beautifully!!!
I love all of JJ's moments. She is my favorite character! Why can't CBS just reduce the number of episodes in the season? That would probably save more money: If you reduce the season by an episode or 2 then you are saving money by not having to pay the entire cast AND crew, you also don't have to have all the lighting and camera equipment running which I would assume costs a lot as well. CBS please do not take my favorite character away from me. If you do I have no doubt in my mind that you will ruin my favorite show and make me unable to continue watching which would be bad for both of us.
i was shocked to know that they are dropping JJ.I was waiting waiting and waiting for her return during her maternal leave. Everything just seems not right without her. She's been my favorite since her first scene in the show, when she walked into the office, saying Elle's reputation and introduce herself. I also like her tough character as a mother, a wife and FBI agent. When she feed little Henry milk while Will failed to do so in the pharmacy but she still remember her job to ask about the prescription. It would be a big mistake to drop her.
i've got a new favourite: in "Public Enemy", i love her throughout the whole episode, especially when she's there for the killed soldier's wife and daughter. she's amazing. we need AJ Cook and JJ!
From the moment we first saw JJ, I knew I had my favorite character there. She was fun, nice, competent and caring. All the little moments, but I remember this one as my favorite: JJ comforting a rape victim. "Look at me. Someone hands over a wallet at gunpoint, everyone thinks that's the best thing to do. You did what you had to do to survive. Don't let anyone tell you different. All right?" And then she holds the girl while she cries in her shoulders.
When she says she doesn't want to become a profiler, because she likes her job, as someone who is not only there for the team, for the bureau, for the victims, but also for their families.
"You do what it takes to protect your family." - Jennifer 'JJ' Jareau
This quote pretty much sums up JJ, and the team as a whole. It is a family, and they do what they need to do to protect each other.
The thing is, not a single one of them would abandon the other. That is why Gideon and Elle did not complete this family - because they left. They did not understand, or truly feel the need to be there for the family, and allow the family to be there for them.
Jennifer Jareau is part of that family - and she's not the biggest part, or the most obvious part, but she's the most important part. Just as, in their way, Emily Prentiss, David Rossi, Aaron Hotchner, Penelope Garcia, Derek Morgan, and Spencer Reid are the most important part. They're all the most important part, because if any of them leave, any single one of them, it all falls apart.
And without the family, you don't have a show. Without the family - without Jennifer Jareau and Emily Prentiss, and all the rest - you have exactly what the critics say you have: a show that devalues women and runs on blood, guts and gore.
Without the entire family, you have nothing, and that is why for the second year in a row we are here, posting and calling and e-mailing, to remind you of that very fact.
Meu momento favorito é quando JJ tem o bebê e chegam seus colegas de equipe na maternidade e escolhe Gardia e Reid para padrinhos. Ela está muito linda naquela cena! Adoro J.J.!!
Love when she tries to tell Strauss how to handle the police chief, ok she gets shot down but it takes guts to stand up to the bosses boss! you tell'em JJ! :P
When she ask Reid to be Godfather, when she scolds Reid and Morgan in the plane, when she wins against Reid at Poker, when she tells Hotch about her sister, all the episode 2.07... I just love her... and all her moments ^^
This is vague.. but I love her character because she's so relatable and so human. I can't imagine this show without her. I'm disappointed that CBS is making a move that is so clearly upsetting to the fans who are so loyal to the program. It'd be nice to see some of that loyalty in return.
Prentiss - "Mick Rawson is an arrogant, oversexed, egotistical"...JJ - "Hot, British dude, with a sexy accent, badge and gun. Just your type!"
The scenes with Will and Henry in "100". Actually make that any scenes with Will or Henry. And her going into labor.
"Uhh 10 months...yeah it was news to me too." - on the phone to Garcia while pregnant.
Getting Reid to feel Henry kicking and her calmness compared to him being freaked out.
Darts.
Seeing the mutual respect between JJ and Hotch at many moments like in "Normal" after she brings Henry to the BAU, but none clearer than "Lo-Fi" after she's told him she's pregnant.
The superb acting job done by A.J. in the episode Revelations/Penelope/Risky Business/North Mammon and many more episodes
I don't think any of us will ever understand why CBS kicked off a wonderful talented actress but hopefully A.J. now knows she has quite the fan following that will support her in anything she chooses to do!
I loved the scene where JJ, Garcia, and Prentiss were in the bar, and Prentiss brings this guy over to their table, claiming to be a REAL FBI Agent. So they go along with his joke. And JJ asks what department he works in, and he says classified. Then Prentiss asks to see his badge. And he says what badge? JJ says classified? Then Prentiss says, does it look like this (shows her badge)? JJ: Or maybe this?(makes a funny face :) ) Garcia: Or this? Then they all laugh about it, JJ gets a call and says they have to go in. I LOVE THIS SCENE!!! Hilarious!

Brad scene hands down! :)
It's a toss up for me between when she shot Jason Battle and when she was telling Morgan and Reid why she hated the woods. She had them going. LOL.
This shows how strong she is, unlike her replacement for those few episodes.
my favorite-JJ brought Henry to see the team. He was so cute.
I have several favorite JJ moments but one of them is when she's telling Morgan and Reid about being afraid of the woods. That was great! I love JJ!
When JJ shot JCB, Girl can shoot!!
I love every JJ moment from the beginning with:
"My friends call me JJ"
"Hello JJ"
"You're not my friend. You can call me Jennifer"
(Riding the Lightning 1x14)
to
(After she killed the evil guy that shot Garcia): "That's what we do for family."
(Penelope 3x09)
then JJ has a baby and that has to be one of the best moments ever
without JJ the team won't be the same!!! she brings something that the others don't have.
Last scene in the episode Normal....nuff said.
Besides every moment she is on the screen . . . .
SHE IS AMAZING. DON'T LET HER GO!!!!!
Please, please don't do that to Criminal Minds!!!
in the ep riding the lighting ... when she goes into the interogation room to get the killer to talk because he likes blonds..
soo JJ why the woods .. lol .. loved that st ory .. she had me going too . lol
when she brings her son to the bau to surprise them AAAAWWW
i really hope they change their mind!!
when it's reids B-day .. and he's trying to blowout the candles and she had to tell him that their trick candles ..
I love it when she convinces hotch to have the team work on a case that doensn't seem that they should be working on and in the end .. it was worth while ... like in the suicide one idk what the ep is called ..
shes the glue that holds the team together ... and keeps the fans watching .. i love the begining of every ep because of her !
When she lets jacob smell her hair
i love the pilot cause it show that shes in charge !!
She really stood her ground and showed how tough she was!!
my least favorite is Broken mirror .. and neither her nor prentiss is in it ... i never really liked elle
For the simple fact that the press would eat anyone else alive! Like when she handles the reporter in "What Fresh Hell?"
do you remember that chik who replaced her when she had the baby??... she basically quit ... ahahahha... don't get rid of JJ !!
JJ is the HEART of the team <3 and the BAU dosn't need a heart replacement!! please dont kill the show CBS ..
CBS is on crack!!!
i think CBS just doesnt want any mothers on this show ... season 5 they kill one and for season six they getting rid of the other ??? really??
Jj was awesome in riding the lightning.loved her facial expressions during hotch's card bet with Jacob. Get sacrifice jj!
So that they can keep paying Charlie sheen to much money … and they think every one is going to watch the new one because forest whitaker is going to be in it !! ..
when hotch tells JJ that they miss her!!
i love just about all the episodes ... because after all she is the one that picks most of the cases that they work on
so oin season 5 we found out that JJs' sister commited suicide ... eventhought thats sad i did get a little happy because i always love it when we get to know a little about the charachters personal lives ... so i thought that we were going to findout more about JJs' ... but know there just getting rid of her??.. what was the point on us knowing that then ?
i love the ep where she tells rossi that he's the reason she choose to do what she does ... because she heard him talk when she was in college and still confused about what to do with her life.
If it wasn’t for her they wouldn’t have worked on the case!!

when she asks morgan if he blames her for reid getting kidnapped .. so sad ..
Someone els in JJs’ office?? … umm no thank you …. I guess the only Criminal minds I’ll be watching in the fall will be the reruns :(
I love empathetic JJ. Questioning the wife in Reckenor. Going with the sheriff to notify the dead man's father in Open Season. Her relationship with Carrie in Children of the Dark.
Can't see any of the guys replacing JJ in these scenes.
DAAAAAMMNN why didn't anyone tell me that this was gonna br the last season??
Putting a bullet right between the eyes of the guy that shot Garcia.
GIRLS RULE!!
Hotch whats all that ? JJ- new casses i gota figure out where we're going to next. Hotch- het we're the profilers i thought we made those decisins JJ- sure your did!!
with a show like this I think its hard to pick a "FAVORITE" .. Because everything in it is bad ... ... but most of the possitive parts of every episode are parts with JJ in them
Mosley lane ... shes not a profiler ... but she's the one that figured out that case !! . OK !!! bringin in a ne bitttt WILL hurt the show !!
What deppartment are you in ... thats classified .... ooojjj must be really tough keeping all those secrets .. hahaah .. love that ep w/ all the girls ..
Emily Dickingson once wrote HOPE is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all
-JJ
Lets not loose hope on not getting rid of JJ!!
i love when she gets knocked out in Performer ...
blood spatter!!.. i thnk she thought that she got shot cuz she started cheking herself before she got out her gun
Gun shot ... in penelope .. that girl can shoot!
I love her role.... and I know it wont be the same w/ out her .. it will be worse .. the familly will have a void
boys behave or i will ground you both! ... the boys wont behave with the new girl!!
Dang, only one?! Well, I know my favorite line..
AJ Cook/Jennifer "JJ" Jareau is irreplaceable.
I doubt that I'll be watching this show next season not just because of what their doing with these characters, but because they obviously dont care about their Viewers..
I don't want her to leave not because shes my favorite character, shes not but because I think that her role is important to she show ... not her job but her role and the way she is ...
my fav jj moment is when they go to Miami and she finally admits she's in love wit her bf n the whole team already knew.
bad link . copy this - http://www.ugo.com/tv/the-week-in-tv-world-cup?cmpid=sm_add_ugo&sms_ss=twitter
"You do whatever it takes to protect your family" -JJ will the new girl? ... I don't think so .. she's just going to be an intruder!!
Reason i started watching this show? shemar more ... reason i kept watching JJ .. the only one that i can really relate to ... i love Jj !!
ilove that she picked reid to be her sons god father... i mean spence
Derek um spence is ready with a profile ... no one really calls him derek or reid spens but her ..
.. do you ever read anything other then technical books??
turn on the news (witch one?) it doesnt matter .. see . she's the one that always knows whats going on in the world and informs the rest of the team!
please tell me that all of those arent for my son ... there not this one is for kevin
i love the begining of 5 21 .. but i dont want prentiss with that cop i want her with morgan!!
verry dissapointing .. im hoping they bring her back
i thnk CBS should just frikin cave WTF .. i'm sick of all of this crap so many people telling them and showing them how mad they are about this stupid decision .. and they still dont frikin cave ... have they even said anything els since they announced this crappu news?... THIS IS bull ..
When she gives reid a hug when they find him after being kidnapped
when that college girl spits in her face!! nasty !! .. and she didn't even get mad k... I would've smacked her silly!!
i think we should all stop doing all of this and then have them be shoked to see that no one watches the season premire
AJ Cook is a great actress and role model and doesnt deserve to be treated like this .. I love JJ on this show.
AJ Cook being replaced on criminal minds?? . WTF .... TEAR :"(
SHE'S THE ONE THAT ALWAYS KNOWS WHATS GOING ON IN AND OUTSIDE THE BAU .. REMEMBER WHEN PRENTISS AND REID WERE HELD CAPTIVE??... YEAH SHES THE ONE THAT INFORMED THE TEAM JUST IN TIME!!
theres obvi. so many as all the previous comments have proven ..k but i want more !!
wow cbs is pissin me off .. this is soooo dumb
i love to see all the effort that people are putting into this ... but if you think about it .. it wasnt the writers or creators of criminal minds that made this decision it was CBS ..... and all CBS cares about is kissing charlie sheens ass!! .. for all i know it could've been him that wanted her off of the show because she wouldn't let him borrow her car.
i love crime dramas .. and this is one of my fav. .... but Cbs DOES NOT care about crime dramas ... they already got rid of how many of them ... and i'm sorry but i bet this show won't make it to seven seasons unfortionatly ... unless another network picks it up
the ep where she mets her man .. and no its not only because she meets her man in it .. i just dont feel like being all detailed about it
hotch .. I though every body wanted to be a profiler ... JJ- sorry
i loved when she told prentiss that she thought it was a good ideah for her to be a mother ... i completely agree!!
I love me some Jayj and she never gets enough love from the fans. (Lucky thing she's at least got Will to go home to at night.)
JJ is one of my fave characteres and there just arent enough episodes on her.
Guys, don't give up, sign the petition, retweet and do everything you can to keep her on the show!!!! Come on, let's share our love for AJ/JJ!!!
superchick
JJ for President! She is soo great. She really is my fav, character along with Garcia and Reid.
i luv jj on the show she's my favorite character!! she jus seems like such a sweetheart
wow ... its 4 in the am and people are sommenting on this .. damn CBS needs medication if they dont change their minds
Please.
Mary MacPhee
JJ has a very soft side to her. she's very maternal. I love how she can talk to team and bring that side into the conversations. It shows she's balancing her work life with her normal life. I have to say though, my ultimate favorite scene with JJ is when she shoots battle. She did her job, but did it for family. AJ brings so many things to the character of JJ. Why mess with the synergy of this cast? The show's a success, the fans are obviously upset about the changes... if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
we have a brunnette a redhead and a blond ... don't relace our blond!!!
When she asked Prentiss why she doesn’t get affected by any of this?..
I want to see more JJ !!!! I really don’t think I’ll watch it if she leaves …. Not even if they bring in angolina jolie
Idk which on to pick … but I’m looking forward to more … hope they change their minds the only person CBS should get rid off is Charlie sheen!!!
If life was an episode of criminal minds CBS would be the unsub. ... I don't know if that's how it's spelled but you get what I mean.
" I like being the one the family can turn to" .. tear
I noticed that some of these comments are talking about charlie sheen and how he gets payed 2Mill an ep.imagine how much less problems they'd have if they wern't so stupid?
i love the JJ and morgan moment ... there aren't that many ... theres should be more .. i'm still hopefull that they'll change their minds
THis is just sad...... the episodes without JJ are a little more painfull and alot more heartless ..
i'm just wondering now ... everyone has had an episode about them personally .. even if its just a little personalHotch and his fam... rossi and that case .. actually he's had more then one ... reid and his childhood ... prentiss and her teenaged years friend morgan and him being a suspect ... garcia getting shot howcome no JJ ?? ... why has she been in the series for 5 seasons and no episode for her ??.. no wonder they picked her to fire .. they think that the fans won't care shes so forggoten on the show and then they just kick her off ..
JJ with her son in 100. Totally sweet. I love that scene and that he was played by AJ's son, makes it that much sweeter.
No damsel in distress there!
when she calls Reid "Spense" and it makes him a little bit flustered
Please keep the cast the same!!! And, lets bring back Gideon to make it a real family reunion!!!!!
I like kick-ass JJ. She hit that guy in the head with the shovel in the vampire episode and that was so cool. Coolest part of the whole episode :D
There are so many great moments.
When she shoot the unsub and talking to Garcia " You do whatever it takes to protect your family "
The show really need this character. JJ brings heart and light in this " sometimes " dark world.
i was shocked to know that they are dropping JJ.I was waiting waiting and waiting for her return during her maternal leave. It would be a big mistake to drop her.
i've got a new favourite:
in "Public Enemy", i love her throughout the whole episode, especially when she's there for the killed soldier's wife and daughter.
she's amazing.
we need AJ Cook and JJ!
From the moment we first saw JJ, I knew I had my favorite character there. She was fun, nice, competent and caring.
All the little moments, but I remember this one as my favorite:
JJ comforting a rape victim.
"Look at me. Someone hands over a wallet at gunpoint, everyone thinks that's the best thing to do. You did what you had to do to survive. Don't let anyone tell you different. All right?"
And then she holds the girl while she cries in her shoulders.
You understand now why we NEED JJ?
When she says she doesn't want to become a profiler, because she likes her job, as someone who is not only there for the team, for the bureau, for the victims, but also for their families.
3x09 "Penelope"
Definitely the airplane scene with Hotch at the end of North Mammoth. This is not just my fav JJ but probably still my fav Hotch moment as well.
Have always loved the scene with Hotch in the airplane at the end of North Mammoth.
^Sorry for posting twice. I didn't think it went through.
Meu momento favorito é quando JJ tem o bebê e chegam seus colegas de equipe na maternidade e escolhe Gardia e Reid para padrinhos. Ela está muito linda naquela cena!
Adoro J.J.!!
I loved it when JJ went into labor. xD She didn't even want to leave because she was helping Reid. :D
Love when she tries to tell Strauss how to handle the police chief, ok she gets shot down but it takes guts to stand up to the bosses boss! you tell'em JJ! :P
You know, you can find San Francisco criminal attorney <a
When she ask Reid to be Godfather, when she scolds Reid and Morgan in the plane, when she wins against Reid at Poker, when she tells Hotch about her sister, all the episode 2.07...
There are so many, any of the times when she talks about the group being "family". Bring her back.
Hilarious!
I absoulty have to I that I like them all but my fave is her saving reid and emily
