Criminal Minds: Jason Gideon (Mandy Patinkin) and Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) in a couple of my all time favorite Criminal Minds scenes. Thanks to somethingtobe2 for posting this. :)
I wonder -- do you think the writers thought JJ would just be a side character when they wrote this sequence? And then when she grew into more of the team, decided, ooops, maybe this romance isn't a good idea?
And -- I know this sounds stupid -- has the lay-out of the plane interior changed? Every time I look at it I get confused. I know there are different angles being shot, but ... I don't get it.
It seems that Gideon is pushing JJ and Reid together. Maybe he wants Reid to get some experience to grow as a person and become an even better profiler.
