CRIMINAL MINDS: DO WE WANT ANY CROSSOVERS?

Criminal Minds: Are there any stars from any other CBS shows that we would like to see crossover and visit us on Criminal Minds? Any ideas? Do you like the idea of a crossover at all? Who would fit in with our Criminal Minds cast?

I would love to see a CM/NCIS cross-over. Garcia and Abby in one room -- all computers be very afraid! Morgan showing Dinozo how real charm works. Abby crunching on Spencer -- swoooon! Gideon and Gibbs being silent and knowledgeable until one of them cracks. Plus Hotchner and the Director in a pissing contest over who has jurisdiction Ducky being charming at all the ladies -- maybe he knew Prentiss when she was this big?

Okay, done now. Need smelling salts.

I don't really watch a lot of other CBS shows. I guess it would be fun to see George Eads and Gary Dourdan come over but even that doesn't really speak to me. LOL I would just LOVE a good dose of Spencer Reid, Nick Stokes and Warrick Brown in the same shot, so my answer was selfish.

Ah! So many shows to choose from. While a CBS week long cross over starting on CSI:Miami and finishing with Cold Case just begs to be done, I'll take it easy on the writer's and suggest a NUM3ERS-Criminal Minds cross over. Both are FBI shows and both take an understated approach to story telling.

First, love Lin's idea!!! Would also love to see a crossover with CM/CSI ....with Spencer's knowledge about...well everything and the fact he is from Vegas, it would make and interesting crossover!

Crossovers never seem to work right, BUT if the fantastic CM writers want to do one, how about Numb3rs? Charlie and Larry should have lots of fun talking math and physics with Dr. Reid, and isn't the FBI just one big happy family? Megan even used to be a profiler, so she'd fit right in (and Morgan would like her verrrrry much!)

No. In a word :)

I despise cross-overs. No matter what the story might be, they always end up looking like cheap gimmicks to garner more publicity. I suppose I could handle one cross-over episode if it brought in a huge number of new CM fans, but I wouldn't be happy :)

I think a cross over with any of the CSI's would be great.

Then again I am all for a three part CSI story, that gets Grissom, Horitio, and Mac all together. It would be even better to throw Hotch in there for a part!

I think that a crossover with NUMBERS would be worth watching! A faceoff between the two brainiacs Dr. Reid and Dr. Epps would be very interesting!

There are other CBS shows? :)

Here in Spain we can also see CSI in the same TVchannel that brougth CM, and from long time ago I've wanted to see some kind of Special MC/CSI together, it would be so fun... and of course, not less than 3 hours ^^

I'd have to agree with most and go with Numb3rs for several reasons. The fun ones being that Reid, Charlie, and Larry together would be quite entertaining. And two, yes marzipan, Megan is a profiler. It's even mentioned at some point that she used to work for the BAU so she could already know Hotch and Gideon.

As much fun as Abby with Garcia would be from NCIS (or any of the characters from any of the CSIs) I see problems with those. Gibbs and Grissom HATE the FBI - they think they are idiots so I see lots of tension if that was done. Then again it could be interesting with the tension....

Too bad they would never to cross-network crossovers though because I think Bones would be a great crossover. Reid is on the same wave length as Zack and Brennan and Morgan and Booth are two peas in a pod. *smile* I like that mental image....Morgan and Booth in the same shot. :)

Well, that's my two cents!

A CM/Numb3rs/Without A Trace cross-over--they are all FBI--might be fun.

Shemar Moore and Gary Dourdan all on the same show. I don't think my heart could take it!

But for real though, I would like to see a Criminal Minds/CSI combination. Make a 2 hour movie out of it.

so so many possiblities 1st csi grisom, then without a trace and last but not least ncis, all asking the help of our wonderful bau which is the best

Oh -- I bailed on CSI when the Grissom/Sara thing started (shudder!!!) but I would loooooove to see just one scene where Grissom starts stating obscure facts about some insect and Reid corrects him ... just for the facial expressions.

not to keen on crossovers, but feel that maybe one with either ncis or the without a trace team may work.but perhaps crossovers are best left out of well established series like cm....

what would the cast feel about this idea, love to see the opions

Dear GOD, yes. Last I checked, Reid and Warrick canonically attended the same university, so who knows? It could work great! And Grissom onscreen at the same time as Hotch? *fans self*

I don't watch Numb3rs, but it sounds like a good crossover idea.

I'd love to see a CM/NCIS crossover - a serial killer within the Navy, could be Navy victims or a Navy suspect...

Some of the chars are alike (maybe too much) and some are very different, so it would be very interesting to watch.

NCIS...for matching similar characters! (Kind of like "clones"?) Would be really fun to see a crossover of CM/NCIS.

I have to agree with like so many other people and say Numb3rs. It's the only other CBS show I watch with any regularity, I've been thinking about a CM Numb3rs cross over for months lol Yes basically for a Charile/Reid scene, but oh well lol.

Crossovers are not usually done well. But if they are done well, they can be great. I would hate a crossover with any of the CSI shows. Although I enjoy CSI, it is a complete cliche so it would bring down the high quality of CM. If I had to pick a crossover possibility, I'd say numb3rs has the most potential (or NCIS-if it was mainly focused on Garcia and Abby).

I am not usually a big fan of crossovers but I think our writers could pull it off!

Crossovers can be so tricky to pull off but if we tried it I would like to see the cast from Without a Trace be with our group.

I was actually waiting all season for the CSI/CM crossover where the BAU came in and solved the miniature serial killer. Took the CSI's nine months, but I'm sure our wonderful BAU team could have done it in one episode.

My personal fave crossover would have to be NCIS/CM because it's the other cop show on CBS that I like. For some reason, I could see Gideon and GIbbs being friends, even if Gideon is FBI. I think it'd be awesome to see McGee and Reid and Garcia and Abby together. Garcia and Abby can get into a fight over who can say cooler things! Both are totally awesome shows, I can't even imagine the awesomeness that would result from combining them.

Personally, I'd love to see Alyson Hannigan make a guest appearence. But just because she and Kirsten Vangsness are my two favorite TV babes.

BTW - got a chance to meet Kirsten after a performance of "Fat Pig" in LA. She is just as sassy and fun as Garcia is on the show.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER.....I hate those things!

i would love to see Criminal Minds/CSI crossover. i can see Reid and Grissom kinnda going at it.. and it would be cool if Reid and Warrick went to the same school... hmm.. i'm smelling a fanfiction coming,:)

CM/Three and a Half Men. That would be funny. But CSI/CM would be even better!!! Can't you see Greg && Spence hanging out. Funny! Warrick and Derek would get along well too. Oh and Spence could steele Sara from Grissom [[no offence to the wrighters or lovers of CSI]]

A WaT and CM crossover would be interesting. The bases of each aren't far from each other (New York and Virginia), also they're both shows about units of the FBI (even if the Missing Persons Unit is made up).

I think that in most cases crossovers end up being flat episodes. I can't recall any that really left a positive impression with me so I am going to say no.

I rarely find myself enjoying a crossover. I do think they probably could be done effectively but I usually spend the first 15 minutes distracted by the fact an actor from another show is on the one I am watching.

omg csi and cm would be fantastic...Reid is from Vegas and he is a child prodigy and he never met Grissom???the story lines write themselves-plus can't you see Garcia have the cutest crush on the GREENEYE LOVER!!!Morgan and Katherine would definetly flirt..Plus Reid could have the hotts for Sarah or duel wits with Greggo!!too many possible stories..cbs should seriously think about it..
