CRIMINAL MINDS: MORGAN & PRENTISS...CUT!

Criminal Minds: There is a deleted scene on the Criminal Minds, Season Two dvds "Fear & Loathing" that is great. It is a continuation of Morgan & Prentiss flirting in the kitchen talking about Vonnegut from the beginning of the episode. At the end of the episode they're on the jet and they have some more Vonnegut talk and flirting and then Morgan talks to Reid and he explicitly indicates to Reid that she's in his head as a romantic possibility. Since they aired episodes out of sequence they cut the storyline to make room for Matthew's drug plotline. It is very cool.

CRIMINAL MINDS: MANDY PATINKIN INTERVIEW ON THE SEASON TWO DVDS!

Criminal Minds: The first full-length featurette on the Criminal Minds, season two dvds is "The Behavioral Science of Criminal Minds," which involves discussion of how the writers work real elements of BSCI into the scripts. There is an interview with Mandy Patinkin about the show and he gets pretty emotional talking about terrorism and stuff. It also has interviews with Pete Smerick and Roy Hazelwood, who were profilers in the early days of the BAU.The sections focus on sexual sadism ("Sex Birth Death"), killing teams ("Perfect Storm"), women who kill ("Jones"), internet predators ("P911") and interrogation techniques ("Lessons Learned"). It is wonderful!!!!!!!!!

CRIMINAL MINDS: THE GUBE AWARDS

Criminal Minds: Wait until you all see the Gube Awards on the Criminal Minds Season Two DVDs. They're hilarious! They are shot kind of like the E! network red carpet stuff, interviewing people coming in and whatnot. Gina Garcia-Sharp and Scott David are the hosts, they were fantastic. October 2nd is almost here. Don't forget to buy a copy. :)

Criminal Minds: Here is more detail info about the Season Two Criminal Minds dvds. There are four commentaries: Ed and Amanda Bernero on "Fisher King, pt.2," Erica Messer, Deb Fisher, and Nicki Aycox on "Perfect Storm," Ed, Glen Kershaw, and Shemar on "Profiler, Profiled" and Chris Mundy & MGG on "Revelations." The commentaries are incredible and really make the dvds so special.

CRIMINAL MINDS: GIDEON'S GOODBYE.

Criminal Minds: When Mandy Patinkin decided to abruptly leave Criminal Minds, some fans, myself included, were livid. People get mad but then you realize you just gotta let it go. Mandy was the reason I started watching Criminal Minds. Now I watch the show because I realize that everything I love most about the show can be directly attributed to the wonderfully talented writers and producers that work so hard for us week after week. Gideon was masterfully acted by Mandy but the words came from our writers. Wonderful acting and wonderful words. So I would like to thank Mandy for the invitation to the party and I am sorry he didn't stick around till the band stopped playing but I do thank him for the memories of Gideon and wish him good luck in the future.

3. I will post 3 of the comments Garcia makes in the season 3
premiere. Two of them will be correct and the other will be an
incorrect comment. (Let's all hope she has at least 3 comments in
the episode! LOL)

Criminal Minds: One year ago today I started this Criminal Minds blog. The blog has so many people who contribute in hundreds of ways. Thank you to everyone for their participation. On October 2nd the season two Criminal Minds DVDs will be released and I am very proud that our blog and website are included in the featurettes.

To celebrate this blog-versary Ed Bernero sent us a script last month for Criminal Minds "Legacy". The script has a number already printed on the cover and the person who leaves a comment on this post that matches that number wins the script. CRIMINAL MINDS: GIVING IN HONOR OF A MAN WHO GIVES US SO MUCH.

Criminal Minds: Since December of 2006 several Criminal Minds fans including myself have pooled money and sent the National Multiple Sclerosis Society a monthly donation in honor of Shemar Moore's mother. Allie mailed another donation in for us this morning and I am happy to report that we just topped the $5,000 mark. I would encourage anyone who prefers individual giving instead of group donations to check this important website and to honor Shemar's contribution to the best show on tv by contributing.

Criminal Minds: Great news for Criminal Minds fans. Here is a link to an article "Inside the Criminal Minds" by Nic Wegener, writer's assistant for Criminal Minds.
