CRIMINAL MINDS: A.J. COOK AS JENNIFER JAREAU

A.J. Cook is doing a nice job as Jennifer Jareau. It seems to me that she is getting more screen time as the second season progresses. When the show first started I thought she was just the token blond window dressing that many shows have but she has really proven to be a very capable member of the BAU.

Watched the Tuesday night episode last night. You have GOT to fill me in on the back story. What happened to Gideon - some kind of breakdown?

JJ is easily becoming one of my favorite characters. Next week the team goes to her home town. Hopefully, we'll get to know more about her. I am still hoping the writers readdress the JJ/Reid relationship potential;)

JJ is really growing on me, v. how she was presented in the very beginning of season 1. It looked like they were gonna play the 'over-excited blonde' angle, and I couldn't stomach that, really. This is great. She's growing, and shows clearly that she COULD be a profiler if she'd wanted to.

I like JJ a lot. I'm glad she gets more and more screentime and can show her qualities.

It's hard to get rid of one's blonde image, but JJ/AJ did it perfectly - great development through those two seasons.

you know, I didn't care much for JJ (or AJ for that matter) at first, but each time I watched the show, she grew on me a bit more. she is still growing on me, and I hope they develop her character a lot more in the upcoming season.
