I am so glad that she is a regular cast member now. She is fun and her scenes are some of the best.
I agree with you Callie. It took me a few episodes to appreciate her but now I can't imagine the show without her. She is a wonderful character and a gifted actress. :)
Garcia is smokin but she was almost absent last night. I missed her.
I am like you and it took me a minute to like the character of Garcia but now I think she is perfect. I love the interaction with Derek Morgan.
we have the same birthday! awesome!
So glad they realized what a great talent she is and how much we love Garcia.
Kirsten is wonderful and I am so glad that she is on our show.
She is my favorite on the show.
I mean, what if they'd gone with a guy for that character, like they intended? Biggest turn-off ever. Garcia is such an awesomeness.

CM without Garcia or a man in her place wouldn't be the same. I love her interaction with Morgan. I'm glad she became a regular cast member.

I'm so glad Garcia became a regular cast memeber! And I agree with Singrid, no Garcia or a man in her place wouldn't be right, although if a guy did take her place, the phone conversation's with Morgan would be a hoot! :P

Her written work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times Magazine.
What has she written - an article, a (short) story, a column?? Does anyone know?

you know, I just don't think they'd have a show without her. I think someone realized at the beginning, quite wisely, that a show with such serious subject matter needed a bit of comic relief to keep the audience from getting bummed out by the second episode...and that is right where our beloved Garcia comes in.
