Criminal Minds: In addition to a wonderful regular cast, Criminal Minds always has great guest stars. In No Way Out II, we had four of them return to the show: Keith Carradine (Frank), Amy Madigan (Jane), Amanda Bernero (Rebecca Bryant) and Elle Fanning (Tracy Belle). It will be interesting to see who turns up as a guest star on Criminal Minds next season.
This is the episode where Ed kills his own daughter's character. I had forgotten that was Amanda. I was so engrossed in the episode.
ReplyDeleteThey were all great but Carradine was ontop of his game.
ReplyDeleteAll the guest stars are always wonderful but this episode was jam packed with them and they really added to the show in such a positive way. I loved this episode.
ReplyDeleteBoth seasons of CM have had really good guest stars. I hope the same will be true for season three. I am sure it will be.
ReplyDeleteKudos to all of them.
ReplyDeleteThe bad part about killing off such great guests is that we can't have them on the show again. We have had some of the best unsubs and I always think how great it would have been to have them on the show again.
ReplyDeleteSuper job by the casting department as usual picking these fines guest stars. Shame on Ed. No more Amanda on the show. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat guests!
ReplyDeleteFrank killing the survivors sent chills down my spine. And Frank was just great. What a superb job by Mr. Carradine.
ReplyDeleteI'm new and I had no idea that Mr. Bernero's daughter was the actress. That is so cool.
ReplyDeleteI still found myself yelling at her that that was not Gideon. She did a wonderful job and they all did. I agree that we have wonderful actors and actresses guesting on the show.
ReplyDeleteI can remember the first time I watched the episode and thinking that no way Ed would kill off the character of Rebecca Bryant since it was Amanda's character. I was shocked. It just goes to show you that Ed spares nobody when it comes to producing a quality show.
ReplyDeleteAll the guests in this episode gave 110% and it showed.
Amy Madigan was also really great as Jane and the Fanning girl. They were all really wonderful and it was a great epi.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3 now please.
I cried the first time and again tonight when Gideon was talking to Tracy on the phone at the end. Wonderful acting by such a young actress.
ReplyDeleteKeith Carradine deserved 2 Emmy awards. One for each NWO episode. I never knew he was such a gifted actor.
ReplyDeleteGreat job by all of them and all the guest stars we had in seasons one and two.
ReplyDeleteWell done by all the guests and the regulars. It doesn't get any better than this episode.
ReplyDeleteI thought Frank and Jane were magnificently played. I don't think they could have been better cast. Poor Amanda and thank goodness that Fanning's character did not die. I hate children dying.
ReplyDeleteFour guests and only one lived by the time the episode was over. That is a record for CM. Loved it.
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
ReplyDeleteI screamed and tried to warn Rebecca again tonight but she ended up dead again. AB did a great job. Carradine is beyond words. Madigan and Fanning were great as well.
ReplyDeleteAwesome guests this episode and every episode.
ReplyDeleteBravo to all of them and Scott David!
ReplyDeleteNWO one and two would never have been so good without the perfect casting of Carradine as Frank. He owned the character.
ReplyDeleteOur cast is always wonderful but I think they were extra great in this episode and I think it is because the guest stars helped challenge them to an even higher level of excellence.
ReplyDeleteI think the scenes between Patinkin and Carradine were some of the best tv scenes I have ever seen. They are both such seasoned pros.
ReplyDeleteWonderful cast, wonderful crew, wonderful directors, wonderful writers and wonderful guest stars.
ReplyDeleteThat is what CM is all about. It is just wonderful.
I agree with everyone. They were all great.
ReplyDeleteA round of applause for all of them and now we wait for next week. Oh boy I am excited for that new episode.
ReplyDeleteCarradine is magic.
ReplyDeleteAmanda did a great job. I am sure that Ed must be very proud of her.
ReplyDeleteCarradine is pure gold.
I think we have been very fortunate to have such wonderful talent on the show.
ReplyDeleteGreat episode with a great group of actors.
ReplyDeleteThe guests were great.
ReplyDeleteCarradine was so believeable.
ReplyDeleteThe four guest stars in this episode did a great job. Thanks to all of them.
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed with the acting ability of Elle Fanning. She is so young and she is so talented.
ReplyDeleteReally good episode -- but much harder to watch the second time around! I kept having to leave the room because I knew how a scene was going to end.
ReplyDeleteBut the acting was amazing, and the guest stars were all wonderful -- almost as wonderful as our regular crew. Almost.
The guest stars were wonderful. I agree!
ReplyDeleteI thought the guest stars in the episode were terrific. A really great group of actors.
ReplyDeleteOf all the episodes, this was the one episode my wife refused to watch with me. She just hated the idea of people who had been saved losing their lives.
ReplyDeleteIt was so well acted and in many ways set the stage for season 3.
One of the things I love about CM is that even though I have seen an episode, I still get nervous when I already know what's going to happen to them. Shows what great actors and actresses they work with.
ReplyDeleteThat Episode freaked me out due to it deals with one of my biggest fears not have control of my body and someone killing me when Im not dead and I know what their doing and cant stop them.
