Tonight is the repeat of Criminal Minds "Sex, Birth, Death" starring Mandy Patinkin, Matthew Gray Gubler, Shemar Moore, Kirsten Vangsness, Thomas Gibson, A.J. Cook and Paget Brewster. The screencaps above, courtesy of slashgirl, are of the first scene which was really wonderful featuring Matthew Gray Gubler and Anton Yelchin. I hope everyone enjoys the episode tonight. :)
Hey it's new to me! And if these screen caps are there's plenty of the old Reid in it. I'm a total Reid fangirl. Can't wait to see it.
ReplyDeleteI was dreading having a repeat but now I am pumped. I had forgotten how great that episode was.
ReplyDeleteLove the caps..so much Reid, so little time to look!
ReplyDeleteIt is a great episode. I have probably watched it zillions of times...and will do so another zillion!
ReplyDeleteIt was also one of my favorites. A very Reidish episode. Yippee!
ReplyDeleteI will rewatch it, so I can talk with you on the board about it.
ReplyDeleteI think I remember it quit good, but a second time won't "hurt" me. *gg*

Tired of repeats but a repeat is better than no peat. LOL
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen it yet and judging by the caps I am really in for a great episode. I look forward to it.
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo on the ratings below! I am positive that tonight's Reid based episode will do quite well...
ReplyDeleteI have class tonight but the recorder is set.
ReplyDeleteThis really was a good episode. I'm going to watch it again tonight.
ReplyDeleteJust a bit longer till it is on. I haven't seen it.
ReplyDeleteGube and his coffee. Love it.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite episodes. There's just something incredibly creepy about that kid!
ReplyDeleteIt was really good. I love Spence in here...and Garcia's interaction with him.
ReplyDeletePoor Hotch. No one understands him. I am sure one of you will be happy to hug him and make what that nasty congresswoman did and said all better. :D
Green nailpolish...you go Garcia!! LOL
At the end, when Jason is walking Spence off 'into the sunset'. Derek walks by with Pen, and you see Gideon turn Spence's head toward the right...why? Anyone know?
I was hopping to chat, and sent a couple emails, but guess Jill didn't get them...or the room is full. Oh well. Maybe another time.
Have a wonderful night everyone!
Yeah I was wondering why he did that too. Oh well. I liked the episode over all. Reid had this kicked puppy look on his face half the time it was so cute. And I can't get into teh chat either. It's like no one is on.
ReplyDeleteI loved it. I had never seen it before. What a great episode.
ReplyDeleteEven the repeats are great. CM rules.
ReplyDeleteI loved it. I think it is one of the best Reid ones yet.
ReplyDeleteReid is just young and inexperienced and things get to him more maybe because of it.
ReplyDeleteTalk about poor Reid in conflict. He has had a hard season. Love this episode.
ReplyDeleteI loved rewatching the episode and MGG did a great job. I agree he has had a really hard season.
ReplyDeleteGood episode.
ReplyDeleteI wonder when we will have the conclusion to this episode.
ReplyDeleteLoved it.
ReplyDeleteI love the, erm, intergenerational feel of this ep. That's not quite the right word, but ... there are a couple places where Gideon deals with the mother even when you know he's dying to learn more about the kid. He knows that Reid is more Nathan's peer, that they've already connected, and he steps very readily into the "I'm the comfortable adult here" role to keep the mother at bay. And the whole evalutation scene is brilliantly written. I love how many times Nathan says, "I don't know" and then goes on to explain -- so *very* true to teenness.
ReplyDeleteI really did enjoy this episode. I did not realize until I was watching it that I never had rewatched it. It was very good.
ReplyDeleteNathan will be back. I think it is just like Frank in NWO. They left the doors wide open for them both.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get a chance to catch this episode last night, but it's one of my favorites! Thanks for the screencaps!
ReplyDeleteIt was a good repeat.
ReplyDeleteI found this one of the darkest episodes they have done. It was absolutely disturbing getting into that kid's head. It upset me to consider that they couldn't stop the kid until he killed someone. WOW!
ReplyDeleteWhat was that song that was playing in the beginning of the episode? can someone email that to me id10t2u@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI liked the slow realization from Reid as he was talking to Nathan. the actor playing Nathan is awesome.
