I would guess the writers pick the quotes and that has to be really hard. They come up with some really unique ones. They do a good job. I like the quotes.
On a random sidenote, anyone know where to find a sweater like JJ's in the Distress episode? I'm kinda liking it!
I wonder if they just go through the Bartlett book of quotes to find all these. they must have a team of people putting these together.
