Criminal Minds: Shemar Moore is great as Derek Morgan. I have started looking at some of his older work and I am surprised this actor is not much more famous than he is. He is incredibly talented. If you have the opportunity to watch his work prior to Criminal Minds I would really suggest it. :)

I've seen a few clips of him on 'The Young And The Restless' and he was good on that. And I agree with Jacqui, he will definetly be more famous now! (And notice, I resisted the urge for a pun^!)
